All races may multi-class, provided they meet the minimum ability score requirements for both classes. A human may be any multi-class combination allowed. Humans who multi-class add 2d4 years to their starting age.

Any race may dual class, following the normal restrictions.

Demi-humans may advance above normal race restrictions for levels, provided they meet the following criteria:

1) If they possess exceptional attributes, a demi-human may advance at the normal XP cost up to the stated level (see PO:S&P Chptr 3, on advancement of demi-humans with exceptional attributes above racial maximums), then may continue to advance at DOUBLE the normal XP requirements.

2) If they do NOT possess exceptional attributes, demi-humans may only advance up to the additional levels allowed to those with exceptional attributes at DOUBLE the normal XP cost, and may advance no further after that limit is reached.
